Cheap is no way to think about mobile.
The world of mobile & multi-channel can be confusing for many people just arriving on the scene. Every marketer knows that the customer is king, and the brand needs to reach customers wherever they are. That means the enterprise’ mobile strategy should encompass a multi-channel view of how to engage with the customer. Many questions abound: How to optimize the mobile site, decide the right sequence for multi-channel engagement, and select a trusted partner to develop the best solutions is challenging. It’s tempting to apply band-aids to ‘solve’ for mobile especially when the only thing that’s really clear is how urgent this all is. After all, the customer is very definitely mobile! A cheap, quick, colorful mobile site might appear to be the right solution, but short-term thinking can quickly limit the success of the organization’s mobile strategy. Cheap tricks don’t scale and ultimately lead to another band-aid. If a company’s mobile strategy is not about the customer and enabling a complete experience with the brand, then it’s the wrong strategy. Our approach to mobile is anchored in the belief that it is the EXPERIENCE that is mobile, not simply the device. We are transforming the world of mobile and multi-channel customer engagement through usability and the power of our platform to deliver blistering performance and unmatched scale. Our ability to support customers in every experience, every country and every language without limitation translate into real value for our clients. Core to our mission is a commitment to being a client’s long-term strategic partner, helping to achieve short, medium and long-term mobile goals. When it comes to mobile, it’s time to pull off the band-aid! Leave a Reply |
