With a 125-year history, Marks & Spencer is one of the world’s great retail brands.
In 2010, the company launched its first m-commerce site. Created by Usablenet, the
site provides extensive functionality, including product search, store finder, and access
to 24,000 products in a range of categories. Since its launch, it has had ore than 1.2
million unique visitors, over 10 million page views, and has processed more than
13,000 transactions for products from televisions to sofas to clothing.
