Under the supervision of the Team Lead, manage day-to-day project work flow including client communications.
Outline initial implementation plan, monitor and test clients' projects as they are developed.
Manage communications with internal resources.
Develop productive, enjoyable client relationships.
Assist with creation and maintenance of project documentation, including status reports, project schedules and budgets, and post-mortem reviews.
Work with and coordinate the work of other Project Managers within your team to ensure team success and efficient use of resources.
At least five years of experience working in client facing-technology and services project management.
Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.
Experience of online ecommerce business environments and solutions.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, FogBugz, JIRA, Visio, Omnigraffle, Balsamiq, Basecamp etc.
Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem solving capabilities.
Ability to remain positive and encouraging during stressful situations.
Demonstrated ability to anticipate issues, identifying future choke points and working ahead of time to alleviate potential issues.
Experience developing mobile websites or applications a plus.
